Activities at Fountain Park
Whether it's attending our time-honored Watermelon Feast, our Cake and Ice Cream Social, or the Fountain Park Olympics, you will always find entertaining activities during the season.
Fountain Park Art Colony
Join us in the art colony! Relax, contemplate life, get to know fellow artists, learn from each other, and paint in the peaceful setting of our beautiful Park. All experience levels and artistic styles are welcome.
Just being at Fountain Park is already a treat but wait until you see the games and events our Activities Director has planned for all Park members--from toddlers to teens to adults!
Songfest and Devotions
Mondays – Fridays at 2:00 pm in the Tabernacle with Ron Bogenschneider.
Please join us for the Ladies’ Tea. Granddaughters, daughters, mothers and grandmothers all come together to chit chat, sip delectable tea and eat delicious snacks.
This year, we will offer a floral arranging activity. Tea cups will be provided! If you choose to participate, a price of $5 will help offset the cost of the flowers.
We will meet in the hotel on July 19th, at 9:30 am.
All experience levels are welcome to converse, commune and share tips with each other as we quilt away in the delightful, tranquil setting that is our Fountain Park.
Quilt Show and More
Our quilt show this year will include not only quilts of all sizes, but other needlecrafts as well. Bring your quilts to the Art Building between 10:00 am and noon the day of the show. Please have each item labeled with name and history, if known. An art show and tea will take place at the same time. Please attend our show on the middle Sunday of Park at 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm in the Art Building.
Fountain Park Book Club
For the 2022 season, will be discussing The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek by Kim Michele Richardson. If you haven't finished the book yet, don't worry! Please plan to join us anyway. We are a fun group.
We meet July 26th at 9:00 am EST in the hotel.
